The Honorable Cari M. Dominguez

Chair, NACD Center for Inclusive Governance

Cari Dominguez is nationally recognized for her expertise in public policy making, workforce issues, and corporate governance.

A former chair of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, she also served at the US Department of Labor in roles including assistant secretary of Labor for Employment Standards and Labor Management and director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Dominguez serves as lead director on the board of Triple-S Management Corporation, the exclusive BlueCross BlueShield managed health-care company in Puerto Rico. She is also on the board of Circa. In addition, she serves as a trustee of the Calvert Funds. She has recently retired from the board of ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions company.

Dominguez has received numerous awards and national recognition for her global efforts to promote workforce development and diversity. Hispanic Business magazine has recognized her as one of the “80 Elite Hispanic Women” and as one of the “100 Most Influential Hispanics in the Country.” She was selected as one of WomenInc. magazine’s “Most Influential Corporate Board Directors” in 2018.
